Can every roof be pressure washed?
No. Roof covering, age, condition, pitch and access all matter. We inspect first and recommend only a method we consider suitable for the property.
Do you supply the paint?
We can include suitable materials in your written quote and discuss colours and finish before work begins.
Do rooms need to be empty?
Smaller furniture and personal items should be removed where possible. We can discuss larger furniture during the quote visit.
Do you take away the cuttings?
Waste handling can be included in the quote. We confirm this before work starts so there are no surprises.
Is topping always the right option?
No. Severe topping can lead to weak regrowth and poor tree health. We assess the situation and may recommend a more controlled reduction.
Can every kitchen or uPVC surface be sprayed?
Not always. The material and condition need to be suitable, so we inspect before confirming the preparation, coating system and expected finish.
Do I need to buy the tiles first?
We recommend agreeing the measured area, tile size and allowance before ordering. We can discuss responsibilities for tiles and other materials in the quote.
